Reading the table: the Farm and the Embassy cap at Level 5 — the rows above it are shown empty because those levels no longer exist. The Castle stops at 10, a hard ceiling. The King has no maximum level; the ten rows here are simply the first ten. Ship and Plane columns have been removed: Harbors, Trainyards and Airports are single-level placeables that grant travel and no capacity, and the naval chapter is withdrawn. The deprecated Depot column is likewise gone — the design bible keeps the historical values.
