How play is measured

Any official KingSquare activity β€” classes, workshops, playtests, seminars, matches, officiating. Measures commitment.
βš” Match
One complete official game (battlefield, MapMaster, official rules, recorded result). Every Match is also a Session.
πŸ† Tournament
Many official Matches as one event (e.g. 5 Swiss rounds + final = 7 Matches).
🌎 Campaign
A full competitive season of multiple tournaments. Measures consistency.

The threshold of the Kingdom. Requires 1 Session, completion of Orientation, and 1 Match. "I have entered the Kingdom."

🌾 II · Homesteader Rank II

Requires 15 Sessions and 5 Matches. Demonstrate the Produce, Move, and Action phases in play.

Requires 40 Sessions and 15 Matches. Found and develop a functioning Castle.

Requires 75 Sessions and 30 Matches. Show connected infrastructure and city development.

The summit. Requires 6,000+ Sessions, 2,000+ Matches, multiple Campaigns & Careers, passing the Grandmaster Examination, teaching and certifying new players, exemplary sportsmanship, mastery of every discipline, and approval by the High Council β€” roughly a decade of active play. There should be very few Grandmasters.

Staff & officer titles. Beyond the 24 ranks, the League is run by its officials β€” the MapMaster, Eagle, Tournament Director, and Builder Guild. These are staff offices, not rungs of the Royal Order; see the League for the full roster of offices and their duties.
